Baritone Saxaflute
Quiet simply the best sounding bamboo saxophone on the planet.
The baritone Saxaflute comes in a few keys. They are from F to D. Not all bamboo types are suitable for all keys and so the stock can be limited. When one is available it is usually the one in the photo or video. Hardwood bamboo is a great bamboo for making the lower tone Saxaflutes as I have control over the internal diameter. Low D Saxaflutes are only possible from Hardwood bamboo and exotic woods. Occasionally I am able to find a piece of natural bamboo that has a small interior diameter and thick walls. That makes a great sounding and playing low E Saxaflute. The F (Baritone) Saxaflute is available in all types of bamboo and exotic wood.
